To be considered:
- Drink a lot of water before and after your appointment
- Stay away from alcohol and coffee before and after your appointment
- For mild skin tightening, commit to a minimum of 3 sessions, scheduled 1 week apart.
- For moderate skin tightening, commit to 3 to 8 sessions, scheduled 1 week apart.
- For severe skin tightening, commit 8 to 12 sessions, scheduled 1 week apart.
- For skin tightening, upkeep your results by coming back once every 4 to 8 weeks.
- For fat reduction, your BMI dictates if you need 2, 3, 4 or 5 sessions, scheduled 1 week apart.
- For fat reduction, upkeep is every 6 to 9 months or when your fat redeposits.
