Know your BMI

Your BMI will determine how many sessions you will need for fat reduction. You can calculate your BMI here.

  • If your BMI is 18.50 to 23, we recommend¬†2 to 3 sessions
  • If your BMI is 23 to 27, we recommend 3 to 4 sessions
  • if your BMI is 27 and 30, we recommend 4 to 5 sessions
